Recently, the EPC project of the whole set of system of RTO incineration treatment equipment for tail gas of Changzhou Qihui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qihui RTO project) was completed on schedule and passed Party A's acceptance. After putting the RTO system on line, the project has stable operation, low failure rate, safety and reliability. The total non-methane hydrocarbon emission value after tail gas treatment is less than 25 mg/m_and far below the local standard requirement of 80 mg/m_, which has been unanimously praised by Party A and pharmaceutical enterprises in the park. The successful completion of the project also marks a new stage in the field of pharmaceutical environmental protection for the fourth generation of RTO in Moranz.

The exhaust air volume of Qihui RTO project is 33000Nm3/h. According to the plant area, exhaust gas composition, treatment effect, investment cost and other indicators, Moranz environmental protection provides one-stop EPC services such as design, purchase, installation and commissioning. The process adopted in the design of the project system is as follows: the collected workshop exhaust gas and sewage station exhaust gas are mixed by mixer, treated by alkali scrubber and preheated into regenerator, and then entered into oxidation chamber for full oxidation and decomposition. After the flue gas temperature reaches the set temperature, the organic components in the exhaust gas are completely oxidized and decomposed, and the high temperature flue gas enters into the regenerator. The flue gas after heat transfer is washed by alkali scrubbing tower, and then enters the chimney to meet the final discharge standard. When the LEL concentration exceeds the upper limit of treatment, the automatic control valve will switch automatically and be absorbed by the activated carbon adsorption box and discharged into the chimney to ensure the safety of the system.

Among them, considering the long-term waste gas treatment effect and operation cost, the exhaust gas incinerator provided by Moran is the fourth generation single cylinder multi-valve RTO. The normal production gas concentration in the plant area is 500-1500ppm. The VOCs removal rate is about 99.2% on average, and the total non-methane hydrocarbon emission is less than 25 mg/m_ (the emission limit of local environmental protection department is non-methane). The total hydrocarbon is less than 80 mg/m_and the heat recovery rate is more than 95%. The treatment effect is remarkable. In addition, its HMI interface design is very humane, reasonable layout, can intuitively see the operation of each link, easy to operate.

Changzhou Qihui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise integrating research, development, production and sales of insecticide repellents. The quality system has passed WHO certification, EU EDQM certification and US FDA certification, and has obtained EU-GMP certification. Most products have been registered with ASMFs and CEPs in Europe. Some products have passed US FDA certification. During the implementation of this RTO project, the leaders of Qihui Pharmaceutical Company and the personnel of the project department gave great support and help to make the project completed smoothly. Although the project has been completed and accepted, we will do a good job in the management after delivery to ensure the quality of the owner's later production and operation.
