Energy-saving thermal hydrolysis equipment
The principle of energy-saving thermal hydrolysis is that highly concentrated wastewater enters the high-efficiency preheating cooler channel through the feed pump. After the wastewater is preheated, it enters the injection heater. After heated again to 150-180 °C by steam, it enters the maintenance tank and stays for 30 minutes. After changing the physical and chemical properties, it returns to the pre-heat cooler channel for cooling, and the cooled material enters the next biological treatment unit directly.
For the high concentration of wastewater in fermentation industry, the thermal hydrolysis system developed by our company has solved the effects of antibiotic residues on subsequent biochemical treatment by continuously treating wastewater at a high temperature of 150-180 °C. In addition, some macromolecules in the wastewater are degraded into more biochemical small molecules of organic matter, which decreases the load of subsequent biochemical treatment.
